Kepler Planet Hunter Finds 1,200 Possibilities

This is a pretty cool article.  Looks like there are tons of planets out there.  It's stories like this that really get me thinking what other "little green men (or women)" might be out there in the galaxy just waiting for us to meet up and have a cup of Earl Gray!  :)

In a long-awaited announcement, scientists operating NASA's Kepler planet-hunting satellite reported on Wednesday that they had identified 1,235 possible planets orbiting other stars, potentially tripling the number of known planets.....

That news about the planet is awe inspiring.  Just wait till the James Webb Space Telescope is launched (hopefully by 2015).
