Good god, what an incredible bargain.  That's easily less than the price of one graphic novel collection that usually only contains four or five comics.  I thought I remembered the original price of this collection being around 40-50 bucks which is a bargain in and of itself.  They must literally have mountains of these boxes unsold if they are offering such a discounted price.

To answer Brian's question about the iPAd, the answer is yes...but you will probably want a better PDF reader than iBooks which is the iPad standard.  I use Cloudreaders, which is free and specifically designed for reading comics in a variety of formats including PDF.  I bought the Spiderman collection on CD Rom (long before I had an iPad) and the spinning of the CD in the drive bugged the
holy heck out of me while I was trying to read, so I ripped everything off the disc to my hard drive with no problem.  If it is anything like those then these should not be locked to the disc.

GoodReader is another PDF reader as well, but I'll have to check that app out.  Except that its iPad only nvm me.

Ok so I got the DVD and I was able to copy the comics to my Dropbox account and then view them on my PDF readers so they aren't locked, and the DVD is still on sale so I recommend getting them :)
