This is a pretty big problem these days.  Here's a new listing of the top cities for folks driving with Road Rage based on a survey:

1. New York
2. Dallas/Forth Worth
3. Detroit
4. Atlanta
5. Minneapolis/St. Paul.

Talking on a cell phone was the behavior that irked motorists the most, with 84 percent of people citing it as the behavior most likely to incite road rage.

I figured Detroit would be on the list but not #3.

Try driving down in the city of Detroit for a bit.  Then you will understand.  When I used to drive down there for work everyday it was nuts at times.  Just about every car is banged up in some way.  It's like "Death Race" or "The Road Warrior."

I have no doubt Dallas should be on the list, but I'm surprised it beat Houston! That place is CRAZY. LOL.

We even have a problem with road rage here in good ole Greensboro, NC. I had a crazy guy flip out and follow me one morning. I found a police officer on a motorcycle and told him what was going on. He actually had the gall to tell me to dial 911. He wouldn't help me even after I pointed the guy out!!! Greensboro Police are so corrupt! I need  :batman
The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few.

General rule in the UK  is if you own a BMW, Audi or a city living 4 by 4 owner then your reputation is already set in stone as a tail gateing arse.

I had my first experience with road rage in #1 NYC...

It was a Sunday afternoon - practically nobody on the roads.  I was at a stop light and there was an older guy behind me.   The light turned green and he didn't even give me 1 second until he started beeping his horn.

My reaction to that is to move off veeeery slowly...but then I can be fairly confident that the idiot behind me isn't armed in any way. I guess that form of reaction is just a different form of road rage.
