Gilbert's Mother & father live in a small cottage in his hometown, he has two sisters who both work on earth also.

Gilbert has always looked to the stars with fondness, from being a small child he was always interested in the universe and how everything works. When he reached his late teens he joined the academy and passed, third in his class.
