Made the jump to HD DVD

Okay so I was out shopping today and I bought the 360 HD DVD addon.

The cool part? Bought it from Circuit City ... it was priced 129.99. I then pointed out it was 119.99 at Best Buy, so I got the pricematch discount.

Bought some addition xbox accessories and Harry Potter and used the coupon on the counter for 15 dollars off any 100.00 purchase.

Basically I got the player that included the remote (19.99 value) and King Kong ( let's say 20.00 value) for 110.85 after all discounts.

I can't see a reason NOT to by a XBOX 360 addon when it's less than 100.00 after you count the packaged accessories.

Had I just picked up the player, I could have walked out the door for a little over 100.00 and I still get the kong movie and the 5 free HD DVDs.

Very good deal.  I mean it's not like you can't end up with both HD-DVD and Blu-Ray.  And the deals are flying on the discs right now.  Check Amazon.  They have been selling a lot of HD-DVD's for $15 lately.
