Thanks for the warning on the Shrimp Jen, my wife buys a lot of Shrimp, and since it is from a Chinese Grocey store, might be of dubious quality. I will ask her to cut back on the buying of Shrimp.

Great point Jen. I was thinking, we should have a diet and excercise thread in the Members Only area. Clearly there a memeber here who are trying to live healthier lives and there is SO MUCH bad information out there, it would be cool as a community to have a place where people can ask questions and discuss things.
