Regarding Member Capt. Picard

Over the past few weeks there have been some issues with forum member Capt. Picard.  Let's just say he seemed to have a way of upsetting even the most even tempered people.  I was in contact with him and tried to give him suggestions on how to better handle things here and the manner in which he posted, but he didn't seem to understand.  As of now, he has removed himself from the forum.  I don't expect to see him back.  I just wanted to let everyone know what happened.  Not really much more to say except I apologize if he caused anyone here any problems.
