Absolutely, one of the reasons why DS9 excelled was because they allowed episodes like this, no cheesy B-story, just cool character drama.

That was a great podcast Rico.  I never knew that the Foundation series talked about future predictions.  that must have been a part of the writers inspiration to create the episode.

Yes maybe one day I will read that series, I have only read his robot detecitive series.
