It was a nice roundup of the pending shows, thanks.

I can see this year becoming a period to catch up on shows I've missed in the past. I assume we're going to get something like Alpha's over here eventually which I may take a look at but most of the more fanasy based stuff doesn't grab me at the moment. Perhaps it's time to rocket through all those series of Smallville I've missed (and get hold of Fringe which I've inexplicably never seen).

I know it's unnusual here but I don't have a podcast of my own.

Mike, I think you will really dig Fringe.  It really is a fascinating show.

I have been and always will be, your friend.

Plus there is always Netflix streaming, DVD's, etc. if I miss out on something.  Another thing that wasn't around "back in the day."

I guess I dated myself with that "back in the day" comment.  LOL

All the young whippersnappers don't realize how good they have it nowadays with so many genre shows to choose from.

Back in my teens when I got hooked on genre TV shows we only had five channels (3 major networks and 2 UHF channels).  My first "appointment" TV show, after Star Trek: TOS reruns, was Kolchak: The Night Stalker back in 1974-1975.  There were only three genre TV shows on that season (Kolchack, Six Million Dollar Man and Planet of the Apes) and they all ran on Friday nights and two of them ran at the same time.
