That was great. I sure dont miss customer service, I suspect if I would have tried to sell someone a cleaning cartridge, with my luck, they would have thrown the console at me . :D

I take it back, the customers I get that try to return consoles covered in crud aren't usually so polite. There is usually plenty of swearing involved and comments questioning my parentage!
