Today I wrapped my friend/coworkers (Will) desk in aluminum foil. I wrapped his computer, keyboard, mouse, papers, post its, wires, video tapes, pens, coffee cup and even this stirrer. Went through about 250 square feet of foil.. it was great and he loved it.

Have you guys pulled any jokes on friends/family or co-workers?

That's hilarious Kenny! I can't recall ever doing any practical jokes. Perhaps I did when I was young.

I believe at work the most popular practical joke was to put a interesting "condiment" in the co-workers drink.

Lets just say that salt, was the least of your problems.  (Nothing horribly bad ofc)

:P

By the looks of it I think the guy was happy he couldn't do any work for a while!  ;D

That's great Kenny! :D  Looks like fun! Did he clean it up or did you? ;)

I've pulled several revenge jokes on family members...not co-workers (yet). We're planning to cover our bosses office with sticky notes...but that's a lot of work and we'd probably be the ones that would have to clean it all up.

I had an uncle that used to pick on me and my younger siblings when we were growing up. One weekend, he stayed at my parents' house to help my dad on the farm. He hung our bicycles in a tree and tossed our cats on the roof of the house! Don't worry the cat's weren't hurt at all and often climbed up there via the tree, so they had a quick route down.

Anyway,  I decided that we were going to strike back. So in the middle of the night my sister and I covered his entire truck (it was brand new) in a thick coat of mud. We covered every inch of the exterior with the red clay that our driveway was made of. When it dried it formed a hard shell which was hard to get off without washing it at a car wash. My mom and dad thought it was hilarious and my uncle was rather proud of us in the end. We didn't have to wash the truck...he did that himself.

We also dumped his can of tobacco (dip) and replaced it with black dirt from one of my mom's potted plants. He wasn't to keen on that but he didn't tease us anymore. ;D

Awesome Kenny!  Was there a special reason for the foil or for doing this to him?

He's new to the group of loggers and we hit it off instantly. A few weeks back we were at lunch talking about practical jokes and he kept telling me he was the king of jokes.. so I figure I would hit him before he hit me.. I expect retaliation very soon. :)

That's rich. I love pranks.

When camping with my friends in High School, we were always pulling pranks on each other. One time when my Mother told me I had to leave at 12, one of my friends and I told everyone we had to leave at 11. So we left at 11. We went a little ways down the road then doubled back. We scared the crap out of the unsuspecting campers. They all had no idea what was going on.

Another time we came back to the campsite and I slipped off in the dark and waited for near a half an hour for them to actually take notice I was gone. (Other have done this too, we now know this is not a good way to scare everyone. When noises start coming from the forest, everyone just looks around for whose missing.) I was shocked at how long it took them to discover that I was missing though. Learned how I wasn't as popular with my friends as I thought. I wasn't able to scare them that time.

Though I've discovered the best pranks are the ones that we would plan from before the night even began. We had good times camping. (I should edit the videos from the trips and put them on YouTube sometime.)

I love the look of that Kenny, but from one of the Facebook images someone posted I got a little alarmed once I saw the PC running but sill coated in a large amount of (highly condictive) foil!

(I can imagine our corporate Health and Safety guys having a fit if we did that over here in the Nanny State that is the UK.)

I know it's unnusual here but I don't have a podcast of my own.

institches

I used to manage a game store for a chain called the Game Keeper. The president had a very distinctive voice and right-to-the-point personality that I was tickled to find I could imitate. I loved to call managers in other cities and scare them. "(Your name here), what the hell are you doing to my store?!" Ah, glory days...
