Here is a pic of one of the actors in our Christmas play holding a snow globe.  Cool eh?


This is from a cool service we had at church tonight.  The crowd decorated the trees with people's names they were praying for. 



I love the holidays, it's so much fun, and twinkle lights are just so cool.

Here's a pic I took last night at my mom's house.  Gives you an idea of some of my side of the family.  My mom, step-father, brother, sister, their kids, my sons and Lynn.  Oh, and some goofy smiling geek down in front I can't identify.  ;)

Here a few from our Christmas play this morning....  it rocked. 


I don't wear a tie when I preach, that is usually... but at Christmas.. well I guess it's ok.


The shepherds were "Shakerats"  that is a northwest term for guys that cut cedar shakes out in the woods.


The wisemen came in on actual Harley's.. it was so cool!  Three of them!


here is a little section of the crowd this morning.  Yeah, I know I look like a dork, but at least I'm a happy dork!  :)


at the end of my sermon all the future folks came and put costumes on to match their nativity scene characters, and then a very talented young dancer from our church did an amazing ballet to Oh Holy Night.  Wow, it was breath taking.


My wife took this picture of my niece and little friend, I think it is a great photo.


I know, it is a one and only chance to see me in a suit.  Actually most of the congregation doesn't dress up. We are pretty laid back here in the North West.  It's pretty casual.  :)

All in all, it was a great day.  Lots of people, a cool message and a lot of fun.  A good way to celebrate Christmas!
