New Trek Game: Identify the Quote - #1

Ok, time for a new little forum game.  Instead of a picture to identify the episode from, it's time for a quotation from an episode.  Name who said the quote below and the series & episode.  I'll start with a fairly easy one (at least I think so):

Just X, that's a great scene. Sisko is certainly not Picard and it was cool when he let him have it.
