Got my 2007 MR Membership Kit

The kit came yesterday.  It's somewhat bittersweet considering MR's dropping the SW license, but it got me the Qui-Gon mini.  It also came with a cool pin, commemorating five years of MR having the SW license.  Again, somewhat bittersweet.

I ordered a few other minis to finish my collection.  Here's what I ended up with, 15 sabers filling five of the MR trio display cases:

  • Obi-Wan (AOTC, ROTS, ANH and "as first built")
  • Anakin (AOTC, ROTS)
  • Luke (ANH, ROTJ)
  • Yoda
  • Vader (ESB)
  • Mace
  • Sidious
  • Dooku
  • Qui-Gon
  • Darth Maul (1/2 saber)

By no means is it a "complete collection", but I had no interest in any of the variants and some sabers (ROTS Vader) don't appeal to me, so it's complete enough for my purposes.

Pretty good collection there.  I too have little interest in most of the variants and so have a less than "complete" collection, but it's what I want (minus a couple I still need to pick up).

I've got
Obi-wan ATOC, ROTS, AFBB
Anakin ROTS
Vader ROTS, ANH, ESB (if only MR would have done a ROTJ :()
Luke ANH, ROTJ
Windu
Sidious
Tyranus
and the Qui-gon, which just arrived today.

I still need to get the AOTC Anakin and ESB Luke.

I'm going to miss MR, I had high hopes for some Expanded Universe mini sabers, or else for them to focus on the mini blasters and helmets.

Got my 2007 kit as well this past week.  Always a slick little package.  Just wish DHL didn't have to have a signature for a $50 item.  Kind of silly.

I only have a few Mini's, would like to work on getting some more.
I have
Vader ROTS
Mace Windu
Luke Skywalker ROTJ
Obi-Wan ROTS C3 exclusive
Darth Maul Battle Damaged
Qui-Gon will be here next week as I got notice it shipped

I am hoping to get a few more Primarily Dooku and OT Vader

Looking forward to the package coming next week.

I don't know about you guys, but I was a little disappointed in this years mini, it did not seem to me to be as of as good of quality as last years mace mini, it seemed to me to be more cheaply made then the previous minis.
