I don't really play often enough right now to do a guild.  But feel free to do one if you want.

If I can offer some advice:

Running a guild is work.  I wouldn't wish guild leadership on my worst enemy.  The politics you have to play are insane and the crap only rolls in one direction:  Yours.

If you'd be interested Mrs. O (Adeldia) and I are in a pretty nice guild Alliance side on Blackwater Raiders.  It's a mix of Podcast fans, and other people but we're all RPers.  If you'd like you're more than welcome to roll there and join us (provided you can follow our charter).

We don't run the guild though we are officers so ....

cool yeah i never knew you guys were Elf and Dwarf! Soon as I get to 70 on Kilrogg i (might) join you guys I just don't like leaving all the Friends on kilrogg, and switching to alliance would be odd...

We've got a lot of lower levels too so feel free to split time if you're so inclined.

We might be all the "Bad boys" of the Horde side, but we do have some fun.  Me?  I'm just a gnome-fan so I've got lots of them.  :)

Home of the Instance guild!  Though they're Horde Side.

Yeah I've only got one gnome I'm consistantly playing which is my warrior Jenizel, but I might reroll my mage as a gnome (she's human now).

Which is good as we require you to be level 10 for guild admission.  :)

A Treksf guild?  Not a bad idea, but here is the thing:

MrOsterman is very very correct.  If anyone is actually wondering where my name comes from, it is WOW, as my main is called Linksr and he is the "King" of the Knights of the Triforce guild on the Andorhal ALLIANCE server.  And trust me, the whole politics thing is very very true.  Sometimes I wonder why I created a guild as it is very difficult and painstakingly hard.  However, I feel the rewards are worth it.  But for some.....it isn't good.  To run a guild is to run a family and you have to be very careful but also very forceful in whatever law you lay down.  It isn't easy.  I also happen to know that World of Warcraft Chronicles Podcast has the same thing on a different server.  However, they had a lot of problems including death threats against the guild leader and its officers.  People are sometimes insane.  After that whole affair, they gave the loose guild to a different officer and and created another guild with high lvl and mature people.  Just like I did, see as I was first the leader of the Hylians, but decided that it was too insane and rediculous and transformed into the Knights with high lvl and caring officers.

All-in-all, running a guild is no picnic, all I can say is either go for it, or let someone else do it.  It can be an insane job. :)

I've been listening to the ElfnDwarf for a while now and was thinking of hitting you guys up for a guild invite.  A treksf guild is a good idea too.  I have a lvl 70 Horde Warlock named Zarathos on the PvP server Darrowmere, and a 51 Ally Hunter on Earthen Ring, but I recently let my membership run out for lack of time to play, and dread of the rep grinds I need to do with my lock.  When I get the bug top play again I'll consider moving some toons around to join you guys if you get it going, or checking out the Blackwater server.
