Says a lot more then this is the end of Space X as we know it hyperbole. The economic reality is that Space X is the only game in town this far along in private lift vehicles.

I never said at all it's the end of SpaceX.  I'm just saying this probably will cost them some money unless the satellite can be pushed into the right orbit.

I'll bet Space-X had insurance.
Both parties wouldn't enter into a risky proposition such as this that can't be 100% guaranteed because I doubt their lawyers would let them.

Docking is no problem since Canada 'armed' the ISS :)
The capsule just gets close enough for the station to reach out and grab it

Looks like the satellite was destroyed.  Orbcomm had a insurance policy worth up to $10 million.  I wonder how much it costs to buy a $10 million insurance policy for a space flight?  Can't be cheap.
