I've recently became a member of Treksinscifi.  I've been catching up on many of the archived podcasts.  There are a wide range of topics being covered and it's fun listening to them.  Some I've particluly enjoyed have been Farscape (big fan, must viewing for any sci-fan),  Outer limits (original), Babylon 5.  Looking forward to many more.

Has Andromeda been touched on in any?

Thanks.

Rico

Glad you are enjoying some of the previous podcasts.  I've never done a full podcast on "Andromeda."  I was a bit mixed on the series.  I watched it every week for the first couple seasons but drifted away when the big changes came in and some of the producers changed.  Might cover it sometime in the future or you could always guest host on the subject.  :)

I enjoyed Ricks Podcast #167 covering 50's scifi movies.  I'm a big fan of these and have seen most.  You need to watched the ones Rick covered.  There are good ones and not so good ones from this era.  Everyone knows Plan 9, but one of the favorites is Robot Monster. Gota see it to believe it.

Rick mentioned a move made a few years ago called the Lost Skeleton of Cadaver.  I was surprised I had never heard of it.  It's a send off of cheesy 50's scifi movies.  Funny movie.  You need to see this after watching some of originals.  I watched a copy from Netflix and it had bonus features.  You have to watch with the commentaries  on after viewing the move.  It included a question and answer presentation at a Scifi convention with the cast and director.  The director/writer and one of the stars (Larry Blamire) is a big fan of these movies and is affection for this genre is evident.

Yes, "The Lost Skeleton of Cadavra" is a great movie.  I've mentioned it a few times on various podcasts.
