Help me. When i visit your site, I am hearing this constant beeping in my head.
It's my Sci-Fi brainwashing subliminials......listen to the happy beeps,.....,beep,....beep,...... ;)
It's the freakin cool clock. Do not insult the beep of the clock!
Yes I agree.. the LARS clock is awesome.. but the beeping does drive me crazy. I try to get off the main page as quick as possible. I am normally listening to podcasts or music and then I click on the main web page and it interferes with the listening pleasure. But that's just me... :wacko
I usually go strait to the forum and only hear one beep so it's not so bad.
I find it kind of soothing! ;) Actually, I might try and edit the flash and remove the beep sometime. I still plan on making the homepage redesign sometime soon. Hang in there.

lcars is a pretty cool system when you think about it
It is very streamlined but it needs easier colors on the eyes

u know on the TNG dvds, in the menu for individual episodes, i usually go to sleep with my potable dvd player watching ST, but if im too tired and cant concentrate, i just play the warp humming. its kinda like white noise but i like it better, lol

i searched on limewire, didn't find anything. I'll keep checking periodically though. i would go to stinsv, but they dont exist anymore. I'll look but anyones help would be greatly appreciated.

what, limewire is fine as long as im not doing illegal stuff, if thats what u mean. downloading something like tv show episodes that are open to the public isnt illegal. thats what i use limewire for, (wink)
Rico, I used to be the Art Director at a Web firm. I primarily designed Flash sites. I would recommend only that you add a stop button for the sound on your clock...Don't remove the beep, just give people the option to turn it off if it annoys them. Its a little annoying, but it doesn't make me want to go away. Though new visitors might be frightened off if they can't hault the beeping. Just a suggestion. I appreciate your willingness to try working on your own site. Most of my old clients were very fearful of that sort of thing. Good job.

truly brilliant, yeah, that would help greatly, i try to get off that page fast because im usally listening to music on the comp at the same time that im on the forum, (legal music, store bought CDs)

i use itunes, i like the way it organizes files, but i dont actually buy songs off of it. they are actually a bit lower quality than a cd. plus they are in weird mac format.(m4a) im not saying there is anything wrong with the format, i just had never heard of it until i started using itunes, i hate the way mac has to have their own format for everything.
Thanks for the suggestion Jen about the beep. I'm just learning Flash currently but I am pretty used to doing webpages and html. I have fun doing it myself and learning new things at the same time.

My opinion is flash sites are cheating. You have to use CSS to make the most awesome sites.

how come they only show early TNG eps (for the most part) on spike? ive ocassionally seen a later episode, but they are almost always first or second season.
Yeah, that's a good question Picard. I didn't see much of the last season because I was in college...I wish they'd show more of those.
its a real shame because the later seasons are so much better. SO MUCH BETTER!
No, it's just that right now theyve started over at the first season, and they work there way through all of the seasons, no worry, they'll get back.

Its an online interaction thing. It will post live chats from the website onto the tv. It also has a TOS charcter stock market.

Ok ST 2.0 is the program that is airing on the G4 channel. It is interactive through the G4 chanel website

I replaced the Flash animation on the main page now (might need to refresh your browser). The sound is a more pleasing warp core sound. What do you think of it?
