Title: General website/Internet Question
Post by: QuadShot on November 15, 2011, 06:55:22 AM
Admittedly I'm not the most computer literate person when it comes to programming, or any real technical things. So, I have a question: Why won't my website show updated on my browser? I updated my website (www.talescast.com (http://www.talescast.com)) over the weekend, added a new podcast episode (Video 13) and a new photo album. I see the changes at home (MAC), on my iPad and iPhone, but not on my computer at work. I tried deleting the history, does nothing. I've tried IE and FireFox. Still shows the old version. Any ideas?

Typically that's a cache thing.  Are you able to actually clear your cache on your work computer?  Keep in mind cache and history are not exactly the same thing.

I don't see cache in the options. I deleted History, temp files, cookies but still nothing. Hmm. Probably a work thing. Maybe this belongs in the Work Rants thread!
