Since I'm traveling for work tomorrow, you get the podcast a bit early. The Moyer's have graciously stepped in to talk all about this TNG episode (along with some listener comments too). They also talk some about the new "Star Wars" Blu-Rays as well as other fun stuff. Big thanks to Rick & Amy for helping me out this weekend. You both rock! :metallica:

Wow! That was out even before we woke up over here!
Have a good trip.
I got to listen to this already this morning. You both did a great job. When you were talking about waiting for the 1st Star Wars that was pretty cool. Rick you may have been standing right behind her! And I am one that likes both Star Wars and Star Trek giving Trek the edge as my favorite. Now to the episode Shades of Gray. Personally I didn't think it was too bad. I am a huge Riker and Troi fan so it being mostly them made me enjoy it more. It's not in my top ten or even top 20 but I did like it.
Now more about the podcast. It was funny when you guys talked about the pleasure memories. That part made me laugh. And then when you talked about the gory part from Conspiracy where Rick loved it and Amy hated it. And my favorite word of the podcast was from Amy. "Yuck." :roflmao
I just read your comments to Amy. She laughed out loud! Thanks for listening!
What a fun time! Very well managed, Moyers. I thought for a moment we'd get Nathan's song from Conspiricy again given that episode cropped up again here.
A good episode.
Great episode! My theory to this who say this episode isn't too bad is this:
When it first aired we hated the clip show as the series was so new but if you watch it now seeing those clips is nostalgia, hence the episode comes off better viewing now.
By the way, I can't find the reference for this but apparently during the fast paced nightmarish part of clips the Riker experiences there are several clips NOT from TNG. I think one is from a Star Trek movie and there is also at least one from another paramount movie that is non trek related.
I have not listened to the cast yet but just wanted to say...WOW, you guys look great and Amy has lost a lot of weight, please give her my HUGE :thumbsup
Thanks guys. Yes, Amy has been working very hard.
Just listened, really enjoyed it! I'm impressed Rick, you were firing off episode names like it was nobody's business!
Thanks Joe, but I had prepped for it! :) It would have taken me little bit longer to rattle them off...
Excellent job Rick and Amy! :) I laughed quite a few times and your knowledge of the episode was really nice!
Btw, the song I used for my audio comment was "Moving to Mars" by Coldplay in their EP Album for Every Teardrop is A Waterfall. Its probably the slowest song I've ever used in an audio comment :P.
King
Rick and Amy, you two did a great job on the podcast this week. I really like the episode with commentarty podcasts. Rick, I'm glad I'm not the only one who liked Dr. Pulaski. Amy, I'm with you on the whole bug thingy. Thank you both for covering for Rico this week.
Thanks guys! And thanks for your audio comments this week.
Thank you Rick moyer..... i just listened to the latest Treks in sci fi and now i am walking around with your song parody in my HEAD! :) Great Job Rick.
heehehe, I know it's an awful episode, but I like it, Star Trek, yes I do.....

Great podcast Rick, really enjoyed your commentary. Awesome Jagger tune as well :)
Thanks Meds. I need some chapstick
The song was brilliant Rick as was the cast, you made an uninteresting episode interesting.
So glad you enjoyed it Colin!
Rick, I am a bit behind on listening to my podcasts, and today listened to yours on Shades of Gray. I thoroughly enjoyed both you and Amy talking about the episode. You were both more entertaining than the actual episode!
It was a gutsy decision to base a podcast on TNGs weakest hour - you did it, and it worked! :)
So glad you enjoyed it! Brings a smile to my face!
