Well that's fun.

Considering the population of the earth is just under 7 billion, isn't 1:32,000 pretty good odds to get whacked?

Surely we ought to avoid this sort of problem by making NASA go up there and clean up after itself? It works with my kids (sometimes).

Where is Bruce Willis when we need him?!  This would be a nice test of some anti-satellite missile system.  Break it up into little bits that will all burn up....  ;)
