Last nights unexpected monsoon storm brought some amazing lightning with it. Reminded me of some sort of alien attack!

It was very awesome. The most lightning I've seen really. Honestly about 20-30 per minute.

Wow. Not seen anything quite like that. Once, driving home from Paris on holiday something similar was going on on the horizon but I don't think it was on the same scale.

I like how purple the sky looks.  Very cool!  Love storms like that!

We get some real whoppers out here during the Monsoon. The air is so hot and when these massive storms roll in on colder air, watch out! And the best part is Arizona really is a "Big Sky" state, you can see forever.
