US space pioneer John Glenn passed away today at the age of 90.  A true hero of mine.

Wow, are you sure? All I see on news searches are that his 90th birthday is today.

i think i must have caught a site that published an obit in error - and then pulled it.  Couldn't find it to save my life.....or maybe I am seeing things again....
