Got the new podcast up covering this cool, DS9 episode. I also do a short review of "Thor", talk a little Trek and SF finales on TV. Also a collectible review of the new QMx phaser too. Thanks to Will, Rick, and Bryan for your comments this week. I really appreciate it guys. :metallica:

Another great cast Rico.. and I'm glad you brought back your collectible reviews. Looking forward to next week.
Great show. Boy there were some great DS9 episodes!
Is next week the TNG S1 episode? Fond memories! :)
Next weekend is the Motor City Comic Con coverage and after that is the S1 TNG episode. Schedule is in the other thread and on the main homepage.
Ah of course.
I guess I'm over eager to hear you review Season 1 TNG! :)
Great Episode the phaser sounded cool, enjoy the con. Shane we don't get the same convention exposure over here.
With th older intro as well this was a real blast from the past. Loved it.
Cool Podcast Rico, made me remember how great that episode was. Great the collectible reviews came back as well, both you and Bryan gave great reviews on the phaser, good stuff. Great comments from Rick and Will as well.
Listened to the podcast and it was a great episode. I love Rene Auberjonois. Loved him in Benson, and as the French Chef on The Little Mermaid (my friends and I used to love singing his song as he tries to cook Sebastian the crab; imitating his french chef voice). Of course he was also in the 6th Star Trek movie and as Odo.
I didn't really get into DS9 the first time around. But then of course through the miracle of Netflix, I really got into the show. I thought it was really interesting watcing the evolution of Odo's make up. He became smoother as the show went on. He still looked way too human at the beginning. The other episode I loved him in was the one where he falls in love with this woman who has lost her memory. That was very romantic. Loved the episodes where Lwaxanna would fawn all over him making him feel just a little bit uncomfortable.
You mentioned Kurtwood Smith. He is quite the actor and usually plays the crumudgeon (sp?). He was also in the Voyager double episode "Year of Hell."
Hope that everyone is doing well and that your weather is good. Lots of rain over in New England for the next few days.
