Just uploaded Al's guest spot covering the film, "Timecop." I know you all will enjoy it a lot. Thanks a lot Al for doing this and giving me a little more free time today. :biggrin

downloading now, really looking forward to this one. I've never seen anything Timecop! :)
Downloaded ready for Monday. Old JCVD is nuts now a days, I wonder if he still does a legs a kimbo inbetween two kitchen work tops urghhhhhhhhhhh. Looking forward to this :)
Looking forward to this one. Timecop was my Favorite Van Damme movie.
Rick, I highly recommend you watching this one. It's in Netflix.
Meds...I know! That leg splits scene in the kitchen STILL gives me the willies (no comments!!).
Jeff, oh great, no pressure now! :)
Rico, thank you so much for letting me fill in once more. I enjoy it and am glad to give you the time off! :)
Good timing with Time Cop - The Adjustment Bureau is in the theaters now! On my iPod ready for the Monday commute.

Rewatched the movie last night in preparation. :)
Well, guess I shouldn't edit while I'm half asleep. It's been noted that there are some extra long pauses after the audio clips I dropped in...sorry about that. I uh...I, well, I put those in to give you time to applaud, yeah, that's it!! :) Sorry about that folks...Al
That's OK! I'm halfway through and was starting to worry I was missing the clips. If they're just pauses, I'm happy. (I've reahed the confusing bit...)
Good podcast Al. Yeah, the pauses worried me a little at first too. But no big deal. Who did the Jean-Claude voice at the start? Was that Rob?
Good podcast overall (I've finished it now).
It's ages since I've seen this film but remember quite enjoying it (I'm obviously an exception too). I do tend to go for any type of time-travel story, however.
Not to spin off topic, but if you want a good, current film with time travel elements, go see the "Source Code" movie.
Rico, yep, that was our good buddy Rob. Not a bad JCVD voice! And I'm going to see Source Code this weekend, can't wait!!
thanks Feathers!!
Great podcast Al, you picked up on exactly the same problems that I did when rewatching last night. Still I do think it's a fun movie.
Great podcast Al, I really want to see the film again (may skip the leg splitting scene lol) I wonder what nit picker told you about those pauses ;)
Great podcast Al. I enjoyed it. Now I have to watch the movie. Oh, and I just used the pauses to get snacks. ;)

Just watch out for the multiple F-Bombs!
Indeed, nice overview.
Whew! I thought my download was messed up when I got it and heard the silent parts. No worries Al! Really enjoying the review of a fun movie I have always liked. And Al, ou know rival Rick Moyer for terrible puns and jokes. ;)
:)
Oh man...I forgot that I had dropped the volume on the "F" bombs, and that with the fade shifts they would probably be heard. I am SO sorry!! :blink :blush
Bryan, well, I AM a punny guy! :roflmao
I wasn't suggesting there were F-Bombs in the clips Al, just the movie in general. I didn't hear any in the clips.
WHEW!!! I thought for sure I F^($ed up! :)
oh my. ;)
Sweet! Let's turn this thread into the first official Treks in Sci-Fi F-Bomb thread! A place we can come together in peace and harmony and swear like longshoremen! Perhaps the Brit's could contribute some nice international colorful turns of phrase! :)
I know a lot of good Quebecker curses!
Wind me up and i'm ready to go Bryan lol
Great Podcast Al. I was surprised how much of this movie I had remembered even though it has been years since I had seen it. Learned a few things as well that I did not know before also.
Great job, Al. I liked this movie as well and still have it on VHS. And I do like a few JCVD movies. They wont win a oscar but they were fun to watch. I would say that Timecop was my favorite and I also liked the Universal Soldier one. The other one of his I liked was where he played twins, "Double Impact".
And just to let you know I listened to this during lunch so I used the pauses to eat my crunchy carrots. So it worked out very well! ;D
Always loved TimeCop. I know the Flaws it has but i really do enjoy this Movie!!!! great Job Al!!!!
