That does look very good. Love a good swordplay movie! Count me in!
Some of the sfx looked a little too cgi but it does look like it could be a fun movie. I have seen every version ever made so I'm sure I'll see this one.

I saw it with 3 friends last weekend, and there were mixed reactions from us all. It wasn't Oscar winning material, but it was escapist fun...I'm my opinion.
Wanted to go see this while I was off this week but nobody seems to want to go with me. So it's either going to be a solo gig or wait for rental or Netflix.
Any of you see the trailer for "The Phnatom Menace in 3D attached to this?
I thought the Tim Curry, Kiefer Sutherland, Oliver Platt 1993 Three Musketeers was the definitive movie. How can you go on after such strong acting performances... also Chris O'Donnell was in the movie, but try to forget that.
Plus Disney Trivia alert: First Disney movie suicide... or so I heard.

I think the 1948 version with Gene Kelly, Van Heflin, Gig Young, Vincent Price, Lana Turner, June Allyson and Kenan Wynn is the best Three Musketeer movie.
I kind of like all the various versions out there. The 1948 version is a lot of fun and I enjoy anything with Lana Turner in it. Vavoom! But I guess I'm partial to the 1973 version with Michael York and Raquel Welch and it's sequel The Four Musketeers. Fun stuff!

I also like 1973 version. I really enjoy The Fifth Musketeer with Cornell Wild, Alan Hale Jr. and Jose Ferrer. It's a fun movie. :)
I finally saw this and really enjoyed it. The movie has some great swordplay and action pieces. Lots of fun moments, romance and plenty of action. Give it a try if you haven't seen it.
