Oh man I'm seven podcast behind now.. you have done some great ones that I would have loved to comment on. And now Buffy and Angel.. I love those shows.. can't wait to catch up on your podcasts.
I'm going to make Archangela post in the forum again...She's been out of pocket for months...but she's a Buffy Freak. She's going to love this episode. I'm not a Buffy freak, but I can't wait to listen to it anyway, while working tomorrow.

I'm interested to know how Rico and other general sci-fi fans warmed up to this series. When the movie came out, I dismissed it as a silly, (perhaps girly) spoof of the fantasy genre and didn't see it. When the TV series came out I had the same attitude. Now admittedly, I was living outside the US for most of htat period, but I didn't make any effort to watch it until last year. Plus, I've never been into the gothic theme particularly--I've had less than enjoyable experiences in RPGs with people who are obsessed with playing vampires from Anne Rice novels. However, several friends of mine whose opinion I respected really recommended it, so I ordered the first season DVDs and now I'm hooked. (still in the middle seasons of BtVS).
Anybody had a similar experience?
I got into it a bit later on too. It was nice to have Buffy on as a strong role model for the women out there. Most of these shows usually focus on the guys in the hero role. Nice change of pace on Buffy.
I do want to respond. Although late. But I need to listen to the cast again. Thanks for giving props to my man Joss and his crazy creations. Peace out!
Nice to see you again Angela. Yes, I'm a big Joss fan too. I even read the comics he's been writing. And of course I love Firefly/Serenity as well as Buffy/Angel.
