Okay for those of you that know, I've been a smoker since I turned 20. I knew it was a bad habit, but it made the effects of the drinking better and what was only when I drank became a habit. It was never more than a few packs a week, but it still was a habit.
Now, after recommendations from a friend, I invested into electronic cigarettes. It's basically a micro atomizer, battery, and nicotine suspension that delivers the nicotine and nothing more in a cloud of water vapor. It's like a micro smog machine.
Anyway, I'm into week 3 and haven't touched a real cigarette. I can't stand the smell of them. My wife also switched. It took her a few analog cigarettes to make the transition, but she's now in the same boat. She also transitioned from half a pack a day to none a day in less than a week.
The nicotine is delivered in a variety of flavors and leaves no scent on the air and causes no second hand damage.
For those of you that are still having the occasional cig and for those of you with a higher cig habit, I really recommend that you make the switch and go digital. The return of your senses are worth the initial investment. The removal of all the extras when all you want is the nicotine is worth restoring your health.
So, I would have to give this whole process a 9.8 out of 10
Good luck man! I'm rooting for 'ya to kick it!
*thumbs up*. Good to hear your kicking the habit :) (or at least trying :))
