I've always loved Earth vs Aliens movies, and with this one, skyline, and battle los angeles we seem to have some good ones coming out. Really looking forward to them. Similar themed The Mist from a few years back was cool (loved the ending) ... And so many great ones going back to the old classics. I had posted this clip in the skyline thread but I guess it was deleted :/  I'll have to wait for the DVD so hopefully it won't take long for its release.

I just hope it's not another "Cloverfield" tease movie where you never really see the monsters, I'm tired of that. I want a real giant monster movie!

This trailer is now on Hulu and shouldn't be deleted.  Says it's opening October 29.  Fun!

Movie came out in late September according to IMD - did anyone see it?  did it show in your area?  What did you think?  Have to put it on my Netflix queue now....

That one looked like it had some pretty high production values.

Not like the direct to DVD tie-in mockbusters from  The Asylum:
Snakes on a train, Transmorphers, The Da Vinci Treasure, etc.

It came and went so fast that it wasn't even noticed.  My brother in-law saw it and told me to wait until it comes to the Red Box.

Got Monsers on Blu Ray from Netflix and watched it yesterday.

Ok, it was slow, but good in a geeky, Jurassic Park, District 9, Cloverfield way.

I thought the music was good, the special effects were simply awesome and looked really good in HD.

It's rated R for some brief language and very realistic violence.

I think most folks on this forum would enjoy it.

Next in my que..  All Star Superman!  woo hoooo!
