A great guest cast covering the 1st Matt Smith season of "Doctor Who." Featuring Meds, Kenny, and KC this week. Enjoy the show! :tardis :dalek

This should be fun!
(Was Kenny wearing the hat during recording?)
Thanks for letting us do another Who show Rico, had a blast as usual with Kenny & KC hope you all like it. 2 Easter Eggs at the end.
Waiting to download it right now. I like to listen to it while cleaning the house.
Well, I listened to the whole thing. I love you guys, and you have great chemistry. I haven't seen any of these programs, so none of it made a whole lot of sense. :) But I enjoyed it. Here we just got DISH BBC America for free for a month, but no new Dr. Who episodes. It has some 2005 stuff, so I am DVRing it.
Anyway, you guys rock. Thanks for the entertainment and fun!
WOOO HOOO for DR. WHO!!
Thank you all for the wonderful podcast! It made cleaning the house so enjoyable.
I listened to the first half on my new drive into work and will hopefully get to the end on the way back. So far my opinions pretty much line with yours.
It's nice to see we're all so well attuned with one another!
Loved the podcast, but the Van Gogh name still has given me trouble. Did much research and was vindicated! So Kenny and KC can feel better too now!
In that research, they talk about where he was raised and how it would be pronounced there. There are two correct ways to say it. One being how he would say it and the other being how it would be said in his homeland.

And none of them say Van 'go' or Van 'goff' The curator of the Van Gogh museum was pretty adamnant on how to say his name, and he (i kid you not) did wear a bow tie.
"And bow tie's are cool." :)
Club Monaco stores here are trying to bring back bow ties. Not sure if they are succeeding.

What about Fez's? Fez's are cool too! (OK, maybe not...)
I love these debates about pronunciation. Regional language variations are still so big even within countries (despite the internet) that there's no way a community of this size will ever agree on something so mundane! I have to agree that the Dutch probably have right of veto oiver everyone else in this case but that doesn't mean there can't be an 'English' pronunciation and an 'American' pronunciation.
If we can't agree on something as elemental as Aluminium what hope have got with people's names?
elemental = periodic table pun in this context. Funny, yes?
A person's formal name to me is never a matter of pronunciation. There is a correct way to say it and all the other ways. I constantly have to correct people on my last name. Many want to say it as "Doe-stee." But it's correctly said as "Daw-stee." That is simple the way it is. At least that's my view on things.
I hear you. I've heard every variation of Mastroianni that exists.
I still don't think I can pronounce Kenny's last name. I say it with kind of a french accent.
Joe thats why when i introduced Kenny I didnt go for saying his last name lol. Away from that though hope you all liked the show. Massive thanks to Kenny and Kasey who always make my day when i get to chat about Dr Who.

Just like Data with Doctor Polaski :)
I agree but that only works if you're there. When you're known internationally (as you are ;) ), however, you can have no control over how your name is pronounced elsewhere in the world and once a pronunciation becomes embedded in a particular country, nothing you can do will change that.
Oh, you misunderstand me just a little. People anywhere can say a name anyway they want (of course). However, there is still a correct way and all the other ways.
- Sorry for the continued diversion from Doctor Who talk. ;)
I don't care what you call me, just don't call me late for dinner!! :) Or happy hour!!
