Title: DreamWorks SKG
Post by: davekill on June 06, 2010, 07:05:04 PM
Do you like Gladiator movies? Looking for a good book to read this summer?
Then skip the visit to a Turkish prison and read "The Men Who Would be King".

Chances are that we have all been touched by these three guys as they reached down from their ivory towers to stir up the entertainment waters.

I always had the idea that the DreamWorks studio was trying to be new and different and was fascinated by the lengths taken, mistakes made and accidental successes along the way.

I'd say this is a good look at the movie and television industry in general with a nod to music and gaming.
The book profiles the history and demise  of DreamWorks SKG as created by Steven Spielberg, Jeffrey Katzenberg and David Geffen.
