Internet phenomenon The Guild comes to comics, courtesy of series creator, writer, and star Felicia Day (Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog)!

Chronicling the hilarious on- and offline lives of a group of Internet role-playing gamers, the Knights of Good, The Guild has become a cult hit and is the winner of numerous awards from SXSW, YouTube, Yahoo, and the Streamys. Now Day brings the wit and heart of the show to this three-issue miniseries. In this origin tale of the Knights of Good, we learn about Cyd's life before joining the guild, how she became Codex, and how she began to meet the other players who would eventually become her teammates. This storyline fills in details never before revealed on the web show, making it a delightful new chapter for existing fans as well as a perfect jumping-on point for new fans!

• The Guild is "perhaps the smartest (and definitely the funniest) webisodic series of the year."

—The Los Angeles Times

• The web series is the winner of three 2009 Streamy Awards: Best Comedy Web Series, Best Ensemble, and Best Actress for Felicia Day.

• See the web series at watchtheguild.com.

I'm very glad they didn't give Felicia the standard female heroine body!
Seeing all the added muscles on her companions she probably had to insist on being not "improved", more power to her!

More Guild Comic Books
Dark Horse will officially announce at Comic-Con International in San Diego that Felicia Day's "The Guild" is set to return to comics in 2011. Day's popular web-based video series, which entered its fourth season this week, follows the offline adventures of the Knights of Good, a guild within a massively multiplayer online role playing game referred to simply as "The Game," though recognizable as a "World of Warcraft" analogue. Day writes and produces the series, as well as starring as Codex. This year's three-issue "Guild" comic series served as an origin story, both for Codex's gaming life and for the guild as an entity. The sequel series, however, will find each issue focusing on a single character and illustrated by a different artist. The first issue will star noble guild-leader Vork, and is co-written by Jeff Lewis, the actor who portrays him. To find out more, CBR News caught up with Felicia Day, who promised "some fun stuff" for those who attend her Comic-Con panel.

Cool - more comics!  I really enjoyed the first three issue series a lot.  Kind of different than the web series, but just as cool.  Fun to see more of the "in-game" stuff since we never see that in the web series (hint - hint).  Maybe someday - right Kenny!  ;)

I have my eye on them.  Dark Horse is probably going to become my favorite comic publisher since I can get them on my iPad now. Marvel and DC are ok, but Dark Horse has more of what I'm looking for.

Mass Effect, the Guild, all sorts of goodies :)
