Title: Changes/Improvements to Website
Post by: Rico on November 26, 2005, 02:15:01 PM
Making some changes to the main website.  Also changing the Podcast Notes section over to Wordpress.  Formatting was a bit off on the old posts, but at least comments can be made there now too.  Let me know what you guys think.  Next major revamp will be the collection/picture area.  Go here to see:   www.treksf.com (http://www.treksf.com)

Looks better but you need to get rid of the tables and use regular paragraph form. You should also use sidebars for the podcast scheduler.

Bahh - you are right.  The problem was I didn't check it down to 1024 x 768.  All my PC's run higher resolution than that.  Thanks for pointing it out.  Will fix it soon.

Looks better. I will create a CSS file for your site. Prepare to be dazzled.

Oh by the way the collection part of the site looks good. When you get more familiar with html, add some LCARS to it.

It's all a matter of time for me right now.  I tweak at the site when I get some time.  Also need to spend some time getting more photos of the collection up as well.  I'd like to add some Flash also to the pages soon.

Spock,
While I appreciate your efforts, could you please not name your page "TREKS IN SCI-FI"   Google and other search engines look at those tags and I don't want it to confuse that site with mine when doing searches.
THANKS!

I took out the meta tags. Google wont pick it up on my site also because I excluded all robots on my site.
