Title: Facehugger replica

I didn't have time to review or talk about this on the podcast today, but I thought I'd share a couple pics.  Nasty thing!

That's it...not coming by anymore.   Unless we can take that to the shooting range near your house.

Is it in a solid or a weird gel that allows you to take it out?

also, is it bad that I used the d20 in the background to figure out the scale of the piece?

It's just in colored water.  It's not a 1:1 scale piece, but still pretty cool.  I made the holder for it out of a container I had and the facehugger itself was just a toy you could buy several years ago.

So, what did Lynn think of it when you brought it home?

Don't think she cares much.  As long as I don't put it on the kitchen counter and tell her it's for dinner!  ;)

Having that in the house, would give me nightmares.

From the way it's made it seems like you could where it on your face. Are the legs pliable?
The jar is absolutely perfect for display.

Yeah, the legs can be moved and contoured on to your own face.  Creepy!   :)
