Half Ironman for me and an Olympic for Jamie done and dusted. The boys just swam in the lake and got lot's of pets.  :porthos

I know, red! Jamie not so much but I got a wicked burn. This race was at nearly 7000 feet altitude outside Flagstaff AZ and the sun at elevation is BRUTAL!
