It is with a sad and heavy heart that I have to inform the community that my brother-n-law's brother, Bruce Watson, took his own life on the 11th of June. Bruce will forever be remembered by fans as ensign crewman Green from the TOS episode The Man Trap. I was privileged to have met Bruce a few times over the last 14 years and even had a wonderful evening dinner with him at our home many years ago and we watched The Man Trap together. Bruce was a gifted and talented actor but only had a short career as an actor. Playing mostly character roles for TV shows in the 1960s. Some of the shows he was in were Gunsmoke, Dragnet, Gomer Pyle, Combat, Bonanza, The Mod Squad, Mission Impossible and Charlie's Angels.

Bruce's uncle was the famous actor from Hollywood's golden era, Gene Lockhart, and one of Gene's daughters (Bruce's cousin) is the famous June Lockhart of Lost In Space and Lassie fame. I wish that I could have spent more time with Bruce and known him better. He was a very interesting person and one who I am sad is no longer with us.

Kevin

That is so sad Kevin.   He was awesome in the shows he played in.  I saw him in Star Trek and Bonanza.
