I've picked up a few, but none of them are as cool as this figure that I pre-ordered last week (I ordered the T-700 on the right, not the T-600)-

Fully articulated, with light-up eyes. I think it looks pretty cool. :)

I went with the T-700; I like the design more. Looks closer to the T-800 we've seen in the other Terminator movies. I'd like to pick up the Hot Toys version of the 800, but since it's out of production, the price has gotten crazy-high on the secondary market. I'm still keeping an eye out for one at a decent price on ebay though.
