There seem to be some shots in there that I haven't seen as far as the Enterprise goes....unless some of that was not from the new movie?

Wow. Great video, this guy has some talent when it comes to video editing! The middle part from the new movie would make a great trailer in itself.

Is the torch being passed? Does May 8th mark the beginning of our next set of Trek actors? Are they committed to 7 years of playing these classic characters?

My hope is that this movie gets everyone excited about Trek again, then they come out with a post TNG era crew. TNNG? Hope so.

I have read most of the main actors in the new movie are signed for three films.

I usually don't like tribute videos, but that one was really well done. Was that just a fan video, or something commissioned by the powers that be?
