Title: Keep'en it Real
Post by: Gwarald on January 11, 2009, 09:55:01 PM
I say, hello there TSFF! or is it TSF?!? My friend told me to join this forum and I am a slave to hot new trends. Sooooo... in classic D&D fashion I will answer these questions three... for thee (ha, that rhymes). Question the first:

Q: What is my favorite color?
A: Blue (it's just a coincidence, really... I've never even seen that movie)

Q: What is my quest?
A: To meet new people and explore... uh, no just meet new people who have similar interest. That exploring part just takes a lot out me:) I WON'T DO IT!

Q: Do I know anyone in this forum?
A: Yes. I met KC recording on an Anomaly pod cast to review "STAR WARS: The Holiday Special" (you should see it! It's great*). I also know Jen, aka. Commander Seryll. She recruited me into an audio drama to play the roll of Ensign Starstriker and has been a great friend over the years to talk too about games, movies and TV.

*In that last answer I wanted to type a "wink" after I said, "it's great" just to prove I was pulling your leg but it just didn't look right. I hope everyone understands this and we can all get past it.

Oh, BTW If you want to hear KC and I cover the Queen song, Bohemian Rhapsody on Anomaly, just go to I-tunes and search for Anomaly. All your dreams will come true with this one, promise. In the meantime... people remember, not all priests and a rabbi jokes are appropriate to tell in a confessional and I WOULD BE HAPPY to answer any question you ask me with humor and very little urgency. This doesn't mean I don't care it just means I'm not used to posting on forums... please go easy on me, it is my first time (wink).... SEE, IT LOOKS STUPID!?!

Sincerely,
GWARALD

Ah, that's so nice...  :)

Welcome "G"! I'm so glad my Jedi Mind Trick finally worked on you. Good thing too, because I was about to try my hand at Force Lightening to make you to join! ;D

Gerald is a talented graphic designer, and my little brother's best friend. That's how I got to know him and now I consider him among one of my closest friends as well...Except when he's beating me in a video game. This guy is insanely good in FPS games. Don't ever challenge him to a head to head match in anything involving shooting skills (video games of course).

Oh, and he's also a talented singer. He sung lead in a rock band until recently. So he's a geeky rocker just like our pal Moyer. :)

Ya, we called ourselves the "Kick Galvonic". John our guitarist got the phrase from a book called "Possession" by A.S. Byatt. "Love is like a Kick Galvonic..." I don't remember the rest but it's like a surprise shock to the system I thought. We performed at two local bars in town with songs like Black by the Stones and Creep by Radiohead. I never did get to distroy any motel rooms but I did have the audience sing along with me and that was the best feeling ever!

Man! Jen you are not kidding about this forum! I never expected to get so many responses. And I new you had some force lighting in ya! Just so you know in KOTOR I did all the right things too... but in the end we both still had force lighting! Kinda makes you wonder doesn't it :|(insert evil and or fiendish laugh here).
