Thanks Rico..
This will be the last Ready Room for season eight.
Will be posting something up the next few weeks.. we are working on various things. Once we have the Skype call at the end of the month will start Season Nine and start back up with our traditional Ready Rooms.
Hey Kenny and all those involved in the RPG,
Just wanted to pass on my congratulations on a great season and especially the readings! They were very inspiring.
Looking forward to next season very much.
Thank you very much. The RPG has turned into so much more then I ever expected.
Maybe when you get your mic you can help with readings.. or better yet join us on the rpg..

Yeah I know the feeling but..you really do get use to it. I'm actually okay now with how I sound that I'm going to start up my own podcast very soon.
Well Dangelus, I come from Birmingham and if i can get my voice to sound ok you should have no trouble, unless you come from Wolverhampton or Glasgow.

That's great Kenny, you have made some great contributions to the TrekSF podcast, very interesting and informative. I will look forward to hearing it.

I like your Aussie voice myself!
Ah, well thats because i was meant to have been born in Oz but my parents didnt go at the last minute (bit like Stephen Fry & America) plus i have a great Australian girlfriend (as in a friend who is a girl) and when i was in Australia i did keep slipping into the accent. "Flaming Galaarrrr"
Great podcast Kenny, Jen and Rick, i loved every bit of season 8 and yes we really must do a audio drama. Great show again.
Fantastic show guys! I have really enjoyed the evolution of the ready room. I love the readings, but I'm kind of missing the other segments that were a part of the show as well. Will there be any more character spotlights, RPG protocols, and the like?
I'd like to see the interviews come back. Would be great to hear all about everyone again.
I agree that the RPG podcast can only evolve into a bigger animal. The sky is the limit!
I second the interviews request. I used to enjoy those in the early episodes.
You can't keep them up forever, there aren't enough candidates but enough has changed that another 'go around' would be fun.
Great podcast guys and a good wrap to the season story.
Thanks guys.. yeah we ran out of people to interview so that kind of disappeared.. also we ran out of RPG proticals and to be honest the readings take up a lot of podcast time but also editing time. But maybe when we start back up with season nine we'll bring back some of those elements. We had alot of ideas for the podcast but time is always a factor.
Doing a weekly podcast is rough work (as Rico would know). But we love it that is why we do it.
Great show, great commentary on the season. Keep it up guys! I'd be interested in hearing an interview every once in awhile myself. Maybe one a month or so, kind of a a special change of pace. or maybe when there are only a few posts to be read for the week.
Wow...How did I miss all this great feedback? Thanks for commenting guys. We have some things in store for you in between now and the Skype call that will offer a new spin on the Ready Room. Part one of the Season Five (Now called "Boldy") will be airing next week. This audio drama has been in the works for over a year and part one is finally ready. Will be finishing the credits for this episode today, hopefully and mixing the awesome theme and score that Nathan and Rick Moyer collaborated on. Wooohoooooo! It was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much work to edit but I'm having a blast. You guys did a great job acting and creating music. We also had some folks who have absolutely NOTHING to do with the Ready Room, Treks In Sci-Fi or the RPG who lent their talents to this project and loved every minute of it. I hope to interview everyone who took part in future Ready Rooms.
Also, we'll be reading character profiles and the handful of backstories that a few of us have written, before the regular Ready Rooms start back up. These should provide the listeners with interesting insights to the characters. Maybe we can throw in a short interview with the writers for those characters after we've read them? I'm not sure... I have no idea how long these episodes will be or when the RR will return to it's regularly scheduled episodes. :)
That's it I guess. Just wanted to say thanks to everyone involved and all those who read, listen and /or contribute to our show and RPG. :)

Enough said. :metallica: You all rock.
Wow all this extra stuff sounds like it is going to be fantastic! And the audio drama is starting too? Can it get any better?
Thanks for all the hard work guys, it is very much appreciated!
Thanks for the nice feedback everyone. Jen and Kenny are my heroes!
Wow Jen! All those ideas sound like DVD extras to the first ready room season!
