Daaaang, Rico! That gun is huge! I want one... ;D
Very very cool. So it was a happy birthday I guess!
That's awesome Rico, are you going to review it? How heavy is it? Did ou get a camera too??? or were you just goofing around?
Yeah, I'll review it probably next weekend. It's VERY heavy - mainly all metal construction. The camera is just the one I've had for a few years.
Wow! That is awesome!!!
I love the weathering. Sideshow makes such nice stuff.
By comparison, the Smith & Wesson .38 revolver replica I got this week for my Indy costume/display looks cute.
Hey - that's cool Dan. Where did you get it? Been needing one myself.
I'm surprised you don't have one.
I got this one from eHobbyAsia.com through eBay, but you can get a much more accurate replica version from
Todd's Costumes (http://www.toddscostumes.com/indy/indiana_jones_style_cairo_s&w.htm).
He also offers pretty much everything you'd ever want for an Indy costume.
Cool Guns Guys
The Samaritan looks great, man! Love the green glowing bullets. It looks like you can swap out the glowing for the non-glowing.. this might seem like a silly question, but are they powered by the display base, or are there little batteries in each one? In either case, the piece looks incredible!!!
The green tracer rounds are self-powered (as you can see them in the gun lit up in a few of the pics). They don't have to be in the stand to light up.
Sweet!
That gun is awesome! Your birthday must have been great!
That's AWESOME Rico.
Cool, I wish it it really worked. I'd pick one up then.
Amazing piece of kit Rico, and great looking S&W.
