Sp this weekend Jamie completed the SOMA Quarter Man Triathlon, her longest race to date (1000M swim, 31.5 mile bike, 6.55 mile run). She rocked the house, finishing 9th out of 54 women in the 30-34 age group. Her Triathlon club is called Freak Factor...here's why.. ;)

She threw it on about 200 yards from the finish, my Mom was there to hand it to her. Her Triathlon club is called Freak Factor and funny finishing outfits are their calling card!

I can't imagine going that far, least without a car, most I've ever done is a seven or eight mile run only (cross country training) and I was dead by the end of that.
Congrats to your wife, man! Both of you guys have my respect. I used to run in high school and my first few years of college, and even then, at my physical peak, I'd never comfortably run more than a couple of miles. I imagine it takes a special kind of physical and mental toughness to participate in a marathon. You guys are machines! :metallica:
