It's a mirror universe.
I see stars that shine
and evil too
Spock with a beard
an intendent too.
and I think to myself, it's a mirror universe
I see captain Forest
with Hoshi in bed
Archer advancing wanting him dead
and I think to myself,
It's the mirror universe
The chamber of torture
so horrid and grand
Cochran killing Vulcans
instead of saluting with his hands
I see duplicates doing things they never would do
really saying
I hate you.
I hear Jennifer cry
I watch Jake go along
I see Sulu get annoyed at Uhuras Knife and song
and I think to myself
It's the mirror universe
Yeah,
I think to myself it's the mirror universe.
:)
One of my favorites of all the ones you have done Rick - great job on your Louis Armstrong!
Really great podcast Rico, I cant wait for next week
Ry
Thanks! I really like this set of episodes. I could have talked for another hour about them.
Just stated listening...Kenny if you can't scan you caricature, you can probably just get a good digicam shot of it. I'd loooove to see it.
oh.. I did exactly that.. Moyer mentioned that to me and it was a great idea.. I thought I posted it.. but I guess I only posted it to my website.. here it is...

That deserves the words "Fraking Awesome"
Rico.
Either I did not see those episodes when they aired here in Brazil or I dont remember them at all!
So, it was excellent to watch part 1 on the theater. I am now eager to see how it ends!
Can you post the second episode on a second "theater"? or will you replace part 1 for part 2 sometime during this week?
Thanks!
I will get part 2 up in the next day or two. Glad you finally had a chance to see them.
Many, many thanks, Grand Admiral!
I will keep on the lookout for it! (Is this expression correctly used? Sorry if not!)
The expression is fine in that context!
For what it's worth I remember these episodes from when they aired and while they were very well done, I remember feeling a certain amount of regret that with the series cancelled they hadn't used these episodes to help round off the Enterprise story in the 'normal' universe.
I felt the end of the series was quite weak and these two episodes, allocated to that purpose may have helped.
Having said all that, as a standalone story it was GREAT. Seeing the Defiant (internally and externally) took me back to the re-runs of childhood. Really fun.
Another great podcast Rico.. thanks for playing my second half of my ST The Experience report. And Rick I agree with Rico.. this song was the best so far.. great job.
Awesome topic Rico. I love this episode... and I agree, I think Scott Bakula was over acting. And I feel bad saying that because I really like him. It struck me as off when I saw it for the first time and it has ever since. But, it's a minor issue... overall the performances are wonderful and you can tell they all had so much fun playing those parts. :)
