Here's a small review I wrote for an old game. I posted this on Giant Bomb.

Good game for a few bucks.
I found Sacred at a discount bin and I saw it was pretty much like Diablo 2, my favorite game ever. So I decided to give it a try.
Even if the game starts a little slow, once you begin to explore the massive world you get a good sense of adventure.
For a game that was released in 2004, Sacred holds up well and looks nice. Granted, it doesn't have Crysis type graphics, but it won't take up too much resources from your system.
The story is just ok. It could be a lot better but the game world is so big that you often get involved in tons of side missions that make you forget about the main quests.
Sacred is all about exploration and loot. Weapons are a good part of the game and you will find them in towns and, sometimes, the main quest would give them to you.
Combat is just point and click, with no complications. You need to keep an eye on your health bar so you can have a potion in mid combat.
Overall it's a good game that's worth the pennies you'll have to pay for now a days.
