Title: A Little 'Zilla!
Post by: Bryancd on June 19, 2008, 11:35:19 AM
I love me some little Godzilla! $5 at KB Toys. I used to love Saturday mornings and Godzilla movies back in the '70s!

Nice!  Does he walk and breathe radioactive fire?

I think if he breathes fire he'd work well as a cigarette lighter.

I got my ex-wife the entire Godzilla movie collection and the mid 90's toy collection in addition to a $300.00 imported model.

These are by Bandai, it's the 6 inch series. They also had Hedorah from "Godzilla vs The Smog Monster" as it was marketed here in the US. That was one of the first Godzilla movies I saw in a theater and it was so gross and weird! Lot's of trippy psychedelic disco stuff with heavy environmental themes for a kid!  :blink
It's funny, this was the start of the Godzilla as good guy era. I would watch say "Godzilla vs. King Kong" or "Godzilla vs. Mothra" and he was bad then. I loved Godzilla vs. Megalon, the next theatrical release in the US. "Destroy All Monsters" was one of the best! I also was a big Gamara fan.

Believe it or not the Godzilla Destroy all Monsters Video game simply rocks.  How fun.

Oh and Warren, this is your last hope. :)

That's a pretty cool Godzilla you have there, Bryan.   8)  I didn't know you were a fellow Kaiju fan!

I have yet to find a Godzilla film that I don't like (I even enjoyed the US produced Matthew Broderick one).  $5 is a pretty good price; congrats on the find.  Looks like I'm gonna have to track down a KB.

I love Godzilla! I can never get enough...  I am always walking around saying, "I need Mo-Zilla!"
