Post by: Rico on May 05, 2008, 02:19:33 PM
Hey gang.  Jen pointed out that if you go to the iTunes Podcast section, click on the TV & Film area, that my podcast is on page three of the featured shows!  Pretty cool!

Check it out....

Simon Mayo does a radio shjow here in England and Mark Kermode is a film critic. They have a good bounce off relationship. Kermode was interveiwing Werner Hertzog not long ago when Werner got shot. You can see that on youtube. Amazingly they carry on with the interview.

Cool; thanks for the information.  Looks like I get to learn something new today as well. ;)

Werner Herzog is an interesting character; we spent a week studying his films in one of my upper division German classes in college.  The only film I've had the chance to watch so far though is Aguirre, The Wrath Of God.  Interesting Film; reminded me of Apocalypse Now.

Gratz Rico, you should pick up lots of listeners from that listing.  It probably accounts for all the guest lurkers you've been noticing recently.

Oh yeah that's a mad film. You can get a cool box set of Hertzog and Klinski films. Now Klinsky, that was a guy i really wouldn't want to have a beer with.
