Finally, after years of very casual play my first World of Warcraft character is level 70! Got my flying mount now too. I'm putting together a little video, but for now here is a screenshot of me a little bit after hitting 70 (current max. level in game).

That's why I picked a gnome since I'm pretty tall in real life.
I don't play WoW, but a coworker does, so I realize the achievement is impressive in that world. Congrats, Rico!
Congrats! I just hit 61 myself. Time to start gearing up for Kharazan! Either that or roll an alt and join us on the right faction.

But yes for all those who don't play, hitting level 70 for us casual players is indeed quite the accomplishment.
I play very slowly. Pretty much got the game when it came out so this took literally years. Generally I'm lucky these days to play a few hours each week. But it's nice to be 70 and have my flying Griffon to ride around on.
It's taken me over a year to get to 61.

I have some other characters I run so I might work on those a bit. Also, even at level 70 you can do daily quests and things to earn more gold in the game to get better items, etc. So still plenty of fun and things to do.

I have a level 61 warlock, but I moved servers and now have a 40 something rogue. I should play more.

I actually kinda got away from it for a while but I've returned. I went from Healing to Retribution (damage spec) and am loving it far more than I ever did healing. I think this is mostly to do with the Paladin class style/ability of healing (which sucks).
