Yes this was one of my favorite Trek episodes. I always wished they brought Ensign Sito Jaxa back on Deep Space Nine as a former prisoner. But it never happened. :(

I liked it a lot because it showed what it would have really been like if you weren't one of the head leaders on the ship.  Kind of like a reality based Star Trek Episode about everyday people doing everyday things.  Picard with Ensign Sito was priceless and some really fine acting.
