WoW (as always), Bioshock, Bejeweled (on my cell phone) and Halo. Yes Halo 1, I am probably the only person in the world who has never payed Halo before now and I want the full experience. I'll finish Halo 1 and 2 before I go on to 3.
WOW is about all I have time for it seems right now. Almost level 69 - finally with my little gnome mage.
LOTRO
COD4
MOH Airborne

Nope, I still haven't played Halo...thinking about getting it for PC..too bad Halo 2 is for Vista only.

How are you liking LOTRO? Does it continue to feel "new" after all this time or is it starting to feel like a grind? Ok, in other words, does its gameplay feel similar to wow?

Can't believe I waited this long. Even original Halo is fun and the graphics hold up pretty damned well.

Apologies for the double post but Jen, I'd like your opinion on these two. I want to get into an RPG on the 360 and between Mass Effect and Oblivion, which would you recommend?

LOTRO is good. Its good for me since I can solo and not have to worry about kids as there arent many at all. I would say that the game is nothing new just something with a new environment.
Hi Billybob. I recommend both. Oblivion is enjoyable and VERY LONG. It's a lot like WOW, or so I've been told... I don't play WOW. Mass Effect is like KOTOR (Knights Of The Old Republic). I love that game and this one is similar, though it takes place in a different universe. I think it's a great game and I'm glad I bought it. FYI, I always RENT games first to make sure they're worth purchasing. In my opinion, this one was worth the money I paid. Check out the review here... I did add a KOTOR spoiler. There are very slight Mass Effect spoilers, but they aren't central to the story:

I also reviewed Oblivion in the "Oblivion" thread if you're interested in reading our comments about that. It's a HUGE game that I am not anywhere close to being finished with. But, I'm a completionist...I like to explore all the side quests.

Currently I am going with the following:
WOW, Halo 3, Assassin's Creed
I mainly play on my DS nowadays, It's just so easy to pick up and play. I'm currently into, Mario Kart, 42 in 1 (Clubhouse games in America) and I have Cooking Mama on its way to me.
Halo 2 finally, and Unreal Tournament 3.
Nintendo DS - Brain Age. Only way I can be 20 again.
Just finished Bioshock today, I had a lot of fun!
Mass Effect
Oblivion
SOCOM: Tactical Strike (PSP)
Peggle (I'm still trying to completely clear all the levels though I have a feeling it may not be worth doing it because it does take a lot of luck to completely clear some of the levels).
Every Extend Extra (another quicky puzzle game but this one is for the PSP).
MOH Aiborne
COD4
BIO Shock
LOTRO
I find it interesting that everyone is playing similar stuff cept me. All I play right now is WOW, Rock Band when possible, and Starcraft, LOTR BFME2 (Battle for Middle Earth 2). I'm unique ;)

Rummy...with the wife...alot...she has fun kicking my arse on a regular basis.
Text Twist on MSN games.
Battlefield 1942 during lunch
Lego Star Wars: the Complete Saga for the PS3...fun, fun, FUN!
Resistance: the Fall od Man for the PS3...fun and creepy at the same time.
MLB 07: The Show on the PS2...this one os kinda just on going as I have a career mode thing going at the moment.
Got bored of the grind in WoW, waiting for Warhammer AoR to come out. Tend to only play online games with my clan buddies
CoD4 (knifing people never gets old even at lvl 55)
Civ 4 (incl addons)
Trying out Homeworld 2, can anyone recommend a decent space sim that can be multiplayer?
Tried Pirates of the Burning Sea beta, not going to bother with that.
On the DS front I meet a couple of the clan guys a few times a week for coffee during the lunch hour and we play Worms, Tiger Woods Golf and just got WH40k Squad Command.
I am mostly playing old PS2 games at the moment since I recently picked up a PS3 with backwards compatibility. I am playing:
Bully
Final Fantasy 12
Grand Theft Auto Vice City Stories
I'll be getting Okami and God of War 2 from a friend next time I see him. I also picked up a boxed set of the Devil May Cry games and will be playing those soon in anticipation for the current gen release of DMC 4.
I also picked up Ratchet and Clank: Tools of Destruction for PS3, but havent gotten far yet.
Over the holidays I finished Mass Effect, Assassin's Creed, and Portal on the 360, and defeated Bowser in Super Mario Galaxy for the Wii but I only have about 75 stars at the moment so I am not "done."
I've heard about Ratchet and Clank... people really like it. What is that about?

Fun platformer where you wreak havoc on funny looking bad guys with comical weapons.

Yeah it's probably best described as a combination of Halo 3 and Super Mario Galaxy. The best thing about it are the incredible visuals. It's the closest you can come to actually playing a Disney/Pixar animated film. The cutscenes are indistinguishable from an animated movie, and the graphics in gameplay are pretty much exactly as good. Incredible backgrounds and environments. Looking forward to playing it more, but the actual gameplay is kind of repetitive so far and not exactly enthralling.
My wife is a fiend for the Ratchet and Clank games. The newset one on the PS3 is amazing on an HDtv. It's like your playing in a Pixar movie.

Peggle (I'm still trying to completely clear all the levels though I have a feeling it may not be worth doing it because it does take a lot of luck to completely clear some of the levels).
I cleared all the stages for Peggle, and it did take luck for some, but some of the hard ones it took maybe 4 or 5 tries possibly. Working on the challenges now, and got the easier ones done, but the hard ones seem nearly impossible, again seems like more luck.
The only other game I am playing right now is Geometry Wars on my DS
Crysis (I just love beating up North Koreans)
Call of Duty 4
DnD (It feels good to be back!)
I've also tried out the Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures MMO Beta, and I'm really looking forward for the release of the game in March.
Some great games there. I'm a long time D&D player from way back as well.
Welcome to the forums too!

We played DnD from beta to about 6 months ago. For us it had promise as it was different from WOW and EQII but it got kinda old. I liked that everything was a dungeon unlike LOTRO but I felt that everything started to look the same after a while. The grouping was interestng to say the least.
With that being said I have not played the expansion so it could have been great.
I just bought "Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games" for the DS. Great fun and can't wait to get on the WiFi. Who knows, I may see some of you out there.
