That was another great podcast Rico, I like how you are doing these in different locations. Agree with a lot of what you said, I will collect my thoughts on the topic and post a response on your Blog site.

Amy and I enjoyed it as well, in fact we got quite a kick out of the sub woofer in the car next to you.  Pretty fun.

Listening now, one thing I notice about these is how different you voice sounds on the recorder. The sound quality is great, it's just something I noticed, it sounds deeper or something.

Still trying to tweak the recorder.  This last one I used an externally plugged in mini mic so the quality is a bit different.  Hopefully, it will get a bit cleaner every time I do one of these.

My suggestion Rico would be to get Office Outlook which sends/recieves email from accounts such as yahoo.com or gmail.com.  Getting it set-up may cost $$ as some free yahoo.com or others require you to pay for that service.  Gmail is free which is great as I now use it to send email from my OIT and others to my gmail account which is then sent to my Outlook program.  Works most of the time.  Thats just my set up.  I could give you more info if you want.

Not a fan of Outlook.  There are a few other programs I am looking into to consolidate my email.

Rico, I have an email suggestion that may be perfect as you don't like outlook.

Thunderbird is my email client of choice and you can get plug-ins to get your yahoo, hotmail and many other web sites email.  That is my setup.  And you pay nothing!

Here is the page where you can get the plug-ins for the third party sites.
http://webmail.mozdev.org/

It also has skins and themes when you get tired of the look of the program.

One good thing is if you ever get sick of it you can always move to another email program because it saves all your mail in an open format.  It is also cross platform so you can use it on windows/mac/linux.

I use Thunderbird already for some of my email.  Didn't know it could access Yahoo or Gmail.  Any names of those plugins?  I'll search for them.

Just google mozilla webmail or go to http://webmail.mozdev.org.

You will need to download the main plug in and install the it  and one for gmail and one for yahoo.

Then when you set up the account in thunderbird, you will need to change the settings to these:
